Business Development Manager / Account Manager SWM001
The Role:
This role has an excellent balance between new business development and account management. The key to the position is taking a consultative yet proactive approach in both establishing and understanding a client's needs and presenting a highly bespoke professional service. The sales cycle & value will vary between your SME - Typical deals can range from £299 to £10k
Experience:
First and foremost, you must have the gravitas and flexibility to work with SME client's right through to pitching into a true boardroom environment with larger companies and public sector clients. Whether your experience is in sales or HR services, your transferable sales experience will give you the ability to understand the sales process required and HR decision makers buying needs.

Remuneration:

Package is self employed commission only which gives you the flexibility and opportunity to earn a truly uncapped reward, based on what experience you can bring to the role, but initial indications are between £15k - £45k, minimum, from a 50% commission reward, Example, £36k pa is available from one sale per day at the entry level service. Managers will then be responsible for running teams within the first 6 months; these positions will attract further commission with no ceiling to the earnings of BDM /Account Managers or Regional Managers. Regional Managers will be responsible for the Training & Development, Coaching of your own team within the guidelines of company policy.
